How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order by either entering your order no. or tracking no. 

(include hashtag # when searching with order no.)

Shipping Time?

Please allow upto 3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

  • Free Shipping: 2-4 weeks
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 weeks

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

There Are No Updates?

Our shipping partner is currently dealing with the delays in order to ensure the packages arrive on time and has not been able to post regular updates recently but has assured us that there will be an update in the next few days. We appreciate your cooperation.
