I just placed an order when will it ship?

Please allow upto 3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

  • Free Shipping: 2-4 weeks
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 weeks

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

 

Will I recieve a tracking number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

I have entered an incorrect address!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at info@thefitnesslyfe.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

Which forms of payment can I use?

We accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / AMERICAN EXPRESS / JCB / Diner’s Club International), by debit card (VISA, Carte Bleue, Carte Bancaire) and by PayPal.

What if I don't have a Paypal Account?

Don’t worry as you do not need to own a PayPal account to pay: you may enter your credit card’s data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don’t need to register a PayPal account either.

1) MAKE SURE THE “PAY WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD” OPTION IS SELECTED
If your PayPal page looks as follows, just click on “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” or “Check out as a Guest”.

2. ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD’S DATA

Address, email & phone number may also be requested depending on your country.
When you are done, click on “Review and Continue”.

3. CLICK ON “PAY NOW”

4. CLICK ON “NO, THANKS” WHEN ASKED ABOUT CREATING A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE!

DONE! YOU WILL SHORTLY RECEIVE YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO CONFIRM YOUR PURCHASE! ENJOY SHOPPING 🙂

How secure is shopping? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

My item arrived damaged?

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:
    – Your order number.
    – A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we’ll be happy to send out another free of charge.
Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of your order for the cancellation to be applied.
